From birth, children start to smile. Although teeth don’t usually emerge for a few months after birth, your child’s jaw and dental features started forming before you even saw their smile.
As your child gets a little older, we’ll start looking at the formation of their teeth, assessing how they affect facial structures and putting treatment plans in place to correct problems before they grow.
Our visiting orthodontic specialist, Maria McNally, is highly trained and experienced in treating children, who works with the support of Georgina Brookshaw, a dentist with 16 years of orthodontic experience. Throughout your child’s Invisalign treatment, they’ll wear a series of removable aligners. Because the aligners are removable, they won’t affect mealtimes or get in the way of your child brushing their teeth.
